The WEBINARS cover subjects like the basics of selling by phone, to an advanced
session on how to sell to different personality styles.
Most sessions are one hour in length.
Each session is limited to 30 participants.
Chat and on line conversation is encouraged during the last 15 minutes of
each training session.
Each session stands alone and the webinars do not have to be attended in any order, although
if you do attend all sessions, you will be building a training program for
your company.
Each session begins with the LAMA Technique for Call Path Control.
Each Session ends with an assignment to complete. When any person completes
all sessions, they will receive a Certificate of Completion.
Each session covers a different aspect of skill and technique required for
selling by phone.
Each course is interactive. In these "Live" sessions, the participants may
ask questions, submit questions in advance, or ask for specific assistance
with a persisting problem as long as it pertains to the subject of the session.
Each participant receives a handout and notes pages for each session.
Each Trainer who participates is entitled to a 15-minute consultation with
