  • The WEBINARS cover subjects like the basics of selling by phone, to an advanced session on how to sell to different personality styles. 
  • Most sessions are one hour in length. 
  • Each session is limited to 30 participants. 
  • Chat and on line conversation is encouraged during the last 15 minutes of each training session. 
  • Each session stands alone and the webinars do not have to be attended in any order, although if you do attend all sessions, you will be building a training program for your company. 
  • Each session begins with the LAMA Technique for Call Path Control. 
  • Each Session ends with an assignment to complete. When any person completes all sessions, they will receive a Certificate of Completion. 
  • Each session covers a different aspect of skill and technique required for selling by phone. 
  • Each course is interactive. In these "Live" sessions, the participants may ask questions, submit questions in advance, or ask for specific assistance with a persisting problem as long as it pertains to the subject of the session. 
  • Each participant receives a handout and notes pages for each session. 
  • Each Trainer who participates is entitled to a 15-minute consultation with McKee Consulting FREE after attending a session. (By appointment)
